Where We Ship
United States (all 50 states & DC). We do not ship internationally at this time.
Standard Shipping
3–4 business days in transit — Free on all orders.
Express Shipping
1–2 business days in transit — $20.00 flat rate.
Order Tracking
Tracking is sent via email/SMS when your order ships.

*Transit time is the period after a carrier scans your package. It does not include order processing time.
Order Processing & Cutoffs
- Processing time: Most orders ship within 1–2 business days. Large or personalized orders may require additional time.
- Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.
- Cutoff time: Orders placed after our daily cutoff may begin processing the next business day.
- Verification: Orders flagged for address or payment verification may be delayed until confirmed.
Tracking & Delivery Updates
As soon as your package ships, we email/SMS your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to display movement after the carrier’s first scan.
- Track links show the latest carrier updates, including exceptions or delays.
- For multi-item orders, shipments may arrive in separate packages with separate tracking numbers.
- If tracking shows “Delivered” but you don’t see the package, please check with household members and neighbors, and look around porches/side doors.
Address Changes & Corrections
If you need to change your shipping address, contact us immediately. We can update it before the order ships. After dispatch, changes must be requested directly with the carrier, and are not guaranteed.
- Please ensure your address is complete (apt/suite, building, gate codes, etc.).
- Undeliverable/returned packages may incur reshipment fees.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Stolen)
We’re here to help with practical solutions if something goes wrong in transit.
- Marked “Delivered,” not received: Wait one business day (carriers sometimes pre-scan). Then check with neighbors/building staff and your local carrier office.
- Lost in transit: If no tracking movement appears for 7 business days, contact us. We’ll open a trace with the carrier and assist with a replacement or refund per the outcome.
- Stolen package: File a police report if applicable and notify us. We’ll review options case-by-case.
- Damaged items: Keep all packaging and email photos within 48 hours so we can quickly resolve it.
Carriers, Packaging & Signature
- Carriers: We use reliable U.S. carriers; selection may vary by destination and speed.
- Packaging: Orders are packed to protect delicate accessories and preserve bow/tiara shapes.
- Signature: Some high-value orders may require a signature at delivery for security. You’ll see this at checkout if applied.
PO Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO
We can ship to most PO Boxes and military addresses within the United States. Transit times to APO/FPO/DPO can be longer than typical estimates.
Split Shipments, Preorders & Backorders
- To avoid delays, we may ship available items first. You’ll receive tracking for each package.
- Preorder/backorder items show estimated ship windows on their product pages or at checkout.
Holidays, Weather & Carrier Interruptions
During peak holiday seasons or severe weather events, carriers may experience delays. We’ll communicate known interruptions and recommend Express at checkout for date-critical gifts when possible.
Shipping Fees & Taxes
- Standard: Free (3–4 business days in transit).
- Express: $20.00 flat (1–2 business days in transit).
- Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout according to destination regulations.

Do you ship outside the United States?
Not at this time. Our shipping services currently cover the United States only.
How fast is Standard vs. Express?
Standard typically arrives in 3–4 business days (Free). Express arrives in 1–2 business days ($20 flat). These are carrier transit estimates after the order ships.
Can I change my address after placing my order?
If your order is not yet shipped, yes—contact us immediately. After dispatch, changes must be requested through the carrier and are not guaranteed.
What if my package is late, lost, or stolen?
Please contact us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and work on a practical resolution, which may include a replacement or refund per the outcome.
